As Manager, People Services, you will lead and contribute to strategic people and culture, initiatives, while overseeing the implementation of important people processes. You have a deep understanding of people operations and a passion for creating a positive employee experience. You have a proven track record in implementing effective recruitment and onboarding processes, and you are skilled in advocating for business needs within an organisation.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience in managing investigations, grievances, and employment relations issues
