 About the Service

The role is in the position is in the Finance and Corporate Services directorate and is part of Information and Communications Technology team.  This team is responsible for state-wide ICT strategy, ICT project management, design and implementation of new ICT systems (e.g. CRM, Business Intelligence), ICT service desk, and cyber security.

The Role

The Cloud Analyst – Azure & O365 is primarily responsible for the development, customisation, configuration, deployment and supporting solutions in Office 365 and Azure.
The main focus will be on delivery of end to end Office 365/SharePoint Online solutions, digitise paper-based forms using SharePoint, Flow and Nintex workflow.
The role is part of a Scrum team and you will be working closely with Cloud Engineers, as well as with end-users to ensure that the solutions are built according to the business objectives and requirements.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental to

  • Develop solutions using MS Flow, PowerApps, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, jQuery, Microsoft Graph API, REST API, Client Object Model (CSOM), Azure LogicApps and Azure Functions. 
  • Engage closely with the Technology Services team members to turn requirements into business solutions using SharePoint Online and other Office 365 apps such as PowerApps, MS Flow and Nintex workflow. 
  • Create solution design artefacts to align with solution architectures. 
  • Configure sites, pages, app parts and develop SharePoint, PowerApps and PowerBI solutions for business productivity. 
  • Securely integrate Office365 Flows with other systems like PowerBI, Dynamics CRM

Skill set / Experience needed : 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification/s in Information Technology. 
  • Significant SharePoint developer experience primarily on SharePoint Online platform. 
  • Demonstrated experience in O365 development in PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online. 
  • Understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
